Our PIW’s custom cables are designed & manufactured according to specific needs of our customers' applications. Due of this, it has become an integral part of the system & its performance. The advantages of our custom cable as a manufacturer include being able to:
  • Save money by specifying the exact quantity & lengths required.
  • Identifying the physical and electrical tolerances.
  • Define the components (jacket, shield, insulation, shield, etc.) that best fit your application.
  • Optimizing the conductor stranding, size, and color-code.
  • Brand recognition by printing your company's logo and information on the jacket.

VGA cable is a lead used for transmitting video signals, and it is most commonly used to link computers with monitors. Some high definition televisions use this type ofcable as well. VGA stands for video graphics array, and it was a graphics standard used by IBM in its early PCs sold in the 1980s.

In addition to computers, VGA cables can be used with some games consoles, allowing them to be used with a computer monitor, which may offer a better quality picture than older cathode ray televisions, particularly for games that have fine detail or small text.

Some high definition television sets have a VGA input, and there is a great debate about whether an analog signal carried by a video cable can offer picture quality as good as the digital signal carried through methods such as HDMI.

The relatively low price of a VGA cable means this option may be worth trying out before people decide to switch the screen or input device to models that carry digital signals.

Physical Construction Description:
One 28AWG pair and two 28AWG conductors are cabled
together with an aluminum/PET tape and an overall braid
shield with 85% coverage. A PVC jacket is then applied with
an overall OD of 0.17"±0.02". Standard jacket color is light
grey, but black is also available. The conductors and pairs are
color coded for ease of identification. USB Cables are
available in various constructions.

Speaker wire is used to make the electrical connection between loudspeakers and audio amplifiers. Modern speaker wire consists of two electrical conductors individually insulated by plastic. Certain older designs also featured another pair of wires for a powered line to power an electromagnet in the loudspeaker before permanent magnets became economical to produce and use.The effect ofspeaker wire upon the signal it carries has been a much-debated topic in the audiophile and high fidelity worlds.

Speaker wire, like any other linear electrical component, has three parameters which determine its performance: resistance, capacitance, and inductance. If a perfect wire were possible, it would have no resistance, no capacitance, and no inductance. The shorter a wire is, the closer it comes to being perfect, as resistance decreases as length decreases in all conductors (except superconductors).

Resistance is the property which has the most effect on speaker wire performance, whereas capacitative and inductive characteristics of speaker wire are insignificantly small relative to the loudspeaker itself. Larger conductors (smaller wire gauge) have smaller resistance. As long as speaker wire resistance is kept to less than 5% of the speaker's impedance, the conductor will be adequate for home use.

Stranded speaker wire is more flexible than solid wire, and is suitable for movable equipment. Even with poor-quality wire, an audible degradation of sound may not exist. Many supposedly audible differences in speaker wire can be attributed to listener bias or the placebo effect.
Rainbow ribbon cable are now part of Pan International Wire and Cable list of manufactured product of Data Communications and Computer cable. A wide selection of other cables product design to meet the needs of large applications. The cable is also known as Multi-wire planar cable or flat cable which is often used in data transfer and communications.
ribbong

This cable gets its name from its appearance. It is wide and flat like a ribbon, and consists of many conducting wires lying flat with rainbow colors and parallel to one another. To determine the size of a ribbon cable, you must consider and measure the spacing, or pitch, between the conductors, and the total number of conductors, also called ways. As an example of how this terminology would be used, a flat cable with 20 conductors would be called a 20-way ribbon cable. Pan International offers PVC flat ribbon cable with customized color required by our customer. We also offer UL/CSA printed cable. To aid in the installation process, the gray cables are often marked with a red identification stripe along one edge for identification purposes.
multi-pair shielded cable is a cable made up of a plurality of pairs of insulated wires disposed inside a sleeve of insulating material.Multi-pair shielded cable is used extensively in the communications and computer industries. Cables for high-speed data communications typically consist of multiple twisted pairs.

A twisted pair exchange cable comprises groups of individual conductor wires that are twisted together into pairs. A wide variety of cable arrangements having twisted conductor pairs are utilized in the  telecommunication industry. The increased need for high-speed communication transmissions has placed a greater demand on twisted conductor pair systems.

When twisted pairs are closely placed in a cable, electrical energy may be transferred from one twisted pair of a cable to another twisted pair.  Such energy transferred between twisted pairs is referred to as crosstalk. As operating frequencies increase, improved crosstalk isolation between the twisted pairs becomes more critical.

The TIA/EIA-568A or TIA/EIA 568B specification sets out  transmission requirements, such as, for example, maximum acceptable crosstalk, skew and impedance mismatch values between twisted pairs, for cables that are  classified as Category 5 (Cat. 5) and category 6 (Cat. 6) cables. In order to meet these requirements various techniques are employed to control crosstalk between twisted pairs and skew.

Multi-pair cables are used to transfer communication signals between, for example, components of a local area network (LAN) such as computers, telephones, and other devices. With multi-pair cables, the signals generated at one end of the cable should ideally arrive at the same time at the opposite end even if they travel along different twisted pair wires.
